South East Australia Gas Pty Ltd (SEA Gas) is a partnership that has been established to develop, own and operate the underground pipeline system transporting natural gas from the Otway and Bass Basins to South Australia and Victoria.
SEA Gas is neither a retailer nor producer of natural gas but can be considered to be like a road train carrying large volumes of its customers' goods (in this case, natural gas) to major depots (delivery points). SEA Gas adheres to a number of regulatory requirements, which can be viewed here.
SEA Gas employs its own staff to manage and operate the pipeline system. The Executive Team at SEA Gas is:

Jeff is the SEA Gas Company Secretary with extensive corporate experience in different industries and in recent years, the energy industry. Jeff’s responsibilities encompass contract management, commercial development, financial structure and regulatory affairs.

Liz Brierley

Manager Operations
Liz is responsible for all pipeline operation and project management aspects of the SEA Gas pipeline system. Liz is a mechanical engineer with an extensive background in heavy engineering and the energy industry. |
