Term Sheets provide an indicitive summary of the conditions of service provision. This is with a view to all parties understanding their responsibilities and obligations.

In submitting a formal Term Sheet, the SEA Gas General Manager will not bind SEA Gas to commit to the expansion, but will require SEA Gas to seek funding for any proposed expansion from the Partnership and Financiers.
